What does Property Orchard Do?
Propertyorchard.com is a website where property finders can register to bring below market value opportunities to me, in return for a percentage fee. It may be that you are an estate agent with some properties that you are having difficulty selling. Maybe you are an individual with a strong network of vendors wishing to sell their property. I may be able to give you an offer to take to your clients.
I currently operate through a number of property finders across the country. If you would like to become a ‘property finder’ for me then please fill out the property finders form.
I reward my property finders with a percentage fee for every property they introduce me to, which successfully becomes part of my property portfolio.
I am particularly interested in developing my links with estate agents and other persons working in the property industry.
