How do I sell my property to propertyorchard.com?
The first step in selling your property directly to me is filling in the online enquiry form. Once I have received the details on your property and your current circumstances, I will evaluate what I consider to be the true market value for your property. I will then give you an informal offer before proceeding any further. If you are content with the informal offer, I will instruct an agent to visit the property before I give you a formal offer. Next, you will accept the offer and I will instruct my solicitors to begin the legal work. The transaction will complete as soon as the solicitors have everything in place.
