- You complete the online enquiry form to give us as much detail about your property as possible.
- We determine an offer of around 80% of what we consider to be true market value for the property.
- We discuss this with you before surveying the property and making you a formal offer on the property.
- You accept the offer
- You appoint and inform your own solicitor whom will draw up the contract for you.
- The deal will complete as soon as the solicitors have done all their work.
